PLEASE, URGENT! HELP! Overstayd with 45 days! Will i be able to go back?

Hi!

I'm an 28 year old girl from sweden and i also live in sweden! I have a B1/B2 visa wich expire june 27 2016..

I went to US to stay with friends for a year.
I got in to Phoenix sept 9, 2006. I stayed in the US with my friends in SFO until March 2007 - 6 months wich the custom gave me.

I stayed in sweden for 4 days and went back. The customs gave me 3 more months - june 11th 2007.

I overstayed untill July30th 2007 and have ever since never been in the US.

I just booked a trip to go see my friends for chirstmas - dec 21th 2008 to jan 7th 2009 - 17 days.

I've been away from the US for 1 1/2 year by then. I stayed legal in the US the whole time i was there. Didn't work or anything. The only illigal was my 50 days i overstayed.

Will this give me problem when i now try to go back.

I still have my visa in my passport but from what i've understand that's just able to use for one trip in and out in the US?

When i entered the US in march, the man in the customs wrote NO EOS/AOS/COS. So i'm thinking off getting a new passport without the visa since i'm just staying in the US for 17 days and don't really need a visa anyway!

Please help me! Please!

Perhaps, perhaps not. It all depends on the POE officer and what all information he/she has access to.

Will this give me problem when i now try to go back.

The notations on your passport will be in your computer file. The fact you have a B1/B2 will also be noted.

Will it...

Will it help me if i apply for a new visa? Will that give me a yes or a no? So i will atleast know that. Will the embassy at that time be able to tell me if they will let me in or not? Will they also see what my passport says?
