Hi, I am new here. My question maybe sounds very simple. But do please give me your valuable suggestions...
My background is: MS, +2 yrs of experience, my attorney told me that I am qualitied to file LC under EB2.
My situation:
I am working in a university, when I started the GC application last November, the General Consular in our university told me we'd better hire the attorney they recommended. Let's say Mr. A. Then, my appointted attorney --Mr. A suggested me to file a regular LC in case that PERM didn't work well. So, my regular LC finally filed at the week of March(they forgot to file my case in January, till I asked for receipt # in March), and no news for this one so far. I pushed him to do advertisement for my PERM case since then, but till now, the only thing they did is get a PWD for me at the end of last month, and then nothing happened. During the last several months, I kinda of feel that Mr. A is really slow at my case. I am not sure is this normal for attorneys? Or, if there is an excuse, let's say, unstable PERM system, with the news of pemissions of PERM cases, they should proceed to do ads for me first, right?
Anyone please give me suggestions: should I change attorney at this point? Or, any ideas of how I can push him to do things in a timely manner?
