Please Respond Case Status not found

Is there a max limit for the number of times one can check the status. All of sudden from last night i cannot get the online status for my EAD application. This is what i get when i check the status

The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

Many have the same problem with BCIS Online, better talk to NCSC in daytime and ask what is the problem with BCIS online status check
