Please posts your PD/RD/AD..Approvals by PD or I-485 RD?

haven't seen any these days

nope..have not seen any in the in a lot of weeks except the one-offs..I am in the same boat.

What do you mean by "except the one-offs"?
I have seen quite a few cases of EB3 Lab. sub. with PDs in 2001 and I-485 RDs after March 2005 getting approved. My PD is Sep 2000 and I-485 RD is March 2005 - And there are many others (EB3 lab. sub.) who have PD between Jun and Dec 2000 - still waiting for their approvals - It seems as if VSC is specifically delaying only such cases. Why????
 
Stamped wife's passport with Parole Date of next year

When my wife came out of immigration they stamped her passport with AP of next year. I was hpoing that they would directly stamp I-522. I found out something during this whole process that you do not have to have a valid I-94 for I-485 approval. My H1 and my wife's H4 are still pending and we had I-94 valid till 09/22/2005.

I talked to my lawyer and he also confirmed that there is a BULL named name check / background check ... its all delay tactics.

I agree with Aakash. Somethign si wrong with case with PD between Jun2000-Dec 2000. Most of them are stuck in namecheck. Thats what VSC is telling us.

Actually I have'nt seen a single EB3 lab. sub. approval on this forum with PD between Jun-Dec 2000.
 
Any EB3 lab. sub. (PD bet. Jun - Dec 2000) approvals yet???? Please let us know if there have been any such approvals lately.
 
Still no EB3 approvals for the past 6 months (with PD bet. Jun - Dec 2000) - Whats's happening at VSC - approvals seem to have just frozen up.

What next? Waiting for I-485 but the tracker shows USCIS is processing June 2005 receipt date. Does the PD not matter anymore?

There are 2 ques with USCIS .... one of em is the Backlog que. All the retrogressed countries and also PD prior to 2004 are with the backlog. To avoid extra calls USCIS slips behind the name check theory.

Within that old PD que, its a long wait .... so be patient ... it will happen when you least expect it .... High Hopes and good luck
