Please posts your PD/RD/AD..Approvals by PD or I-485 RD?

Have'nt come across any EB3 approved cases with PD after 08/2000 and I-485 RD after 02/2005 so far through out this forum. Would greatly appreciate if we can know if there has been any such approvals in the past couple of months.
This would give great comfort to people with current PD who have been waiting anxiously - as they would know that there approval is also just around the corner..

I do not think it's the name check that's delaying the approval of our cases - As I have noticed that VSC has'nt approved any EB3 labor substitution cases with PD falling between June 2000 and December 2000. It seems to me that VSC have their own way of prioritizing the cases - and currently within the past 2-3 months they have moved from Feb 2000 to May 2000 for EB3 Labor substitution cases - I-485 RD does'nt matter for such cases.
From my analysis - if anyone filed I-485 just couple of months back and is EB3 Labor Substitution with PD 1999 - they would get approved within 2-3 months after filing 485. On the other hand if an EB3 has PD in 2001 (before April 2001) and has filed 485 in 2004 - they he would also get approved pretty soon. It's only people like us who are EB3 Labor Substituion with PD in 2000 for whom VSC seems to be slowing things down - don't know why? The good news is - they seem to be currently approving May 2000 cases so hopefully within the next 3-4 months they would approve the cases with PDs between June 2000 - and December 2000.

Iker - your case is genuinely stuck in Name Check. hopefully you will get your approval soon - but there are many of us (EB3 labor sub.) whose PD falls between Jun 2000 and Dec 2000 - and I have't seen any of such cases getting approved in the past 2-3 months - and it's hard to imagine that all of those cases are stuck in Name Check.

un_reachable, hearty congratulations!!! Is this an EB2 or EB3 sub labor? Also did you call VSC recently (about a couple of months ago) about name check? If so what did they say?
if they have said it is pending and you got an approval today then it gives us some hope that the VSC folks are getting off their butt and getting some work done (I sincierely believe the lag is at VSC and not FBI even for the name check alias security background check)

Thanks for your wishes. It was an EB3 Labor. I didn't call VSC to get an update on security check but my wife called in order to check on status. The lady at VSC said we are processing your case and you will hear soon from us it was in feb after getting FP done, after few days we got our EAD and AP.
