This office starts witnessing increasing fingerprint notices for pending cases and approval of long-clogged EB-485 cases.---------------------------------------------------------------------

Mine and spouse's 485 Approved today.
Got email from USCIS.

Used to be regular here before and a while after 1-140 got approved.
Due to bad luck, got stuck in retrogression. So gave up until saw email today.

Guys hang in there, every Dog has its Day.

Best of luck to each and everyone of you there. I learned a lot from the forum. So thanks to everyone here.

1) if FP is active(not more than 15 month old)
2) if All security check cleared including Name check
3) All paperwork is ok.

you all should see approval very soon.

FPs issued?

Many of us don't have FP notices even though our FPs have long expired..., and I'm not sure they were issued in the first place. In my case have been told through all channels that everything else is cleared (sec, NC etc), but no FP

Guys:

2nd FP - Notice not received yet..

Does anybody have a clue why I've not received 2nd FP notice yet? Should take an InfoPass appointment to find out what is going on with my case??

When you did your first FP, did they send you a letter a few weeks later asking you to come in again because they determined that they needed to take your fingerprints again?

I read a couple of you haven't recieved 2 FP notice yet...

I was in the same situation. I called up TSC and found out that they had sent me FP notice but neither me nor my attorney recieved it. I requested TSC to send it again, but in the meanwhile I went to local ASC and they let me in and took our FPs based on 485 notices.

A couple weeks later I got FP notoce but then crashing-in ASC and requesting them works some times.. If you haven't recieved FP notice and u r sure that your FP has expired, please don't wait. Call them, go to ASC..and get the FP done.
