I140 & 485 Concurrent filing (EB3)
RD 10/26/02
140 approved Sep 2003
FP2 Sep 1 2004
RFE 11/15/04 (Birth Certificate, EVL, Pay Stub, W2)
RFE replied 12/05/04
485 approved 1/27/05

Goodluck to everyone.

Finally GC got approved.

But our son's online status did not change.

I140 AD - 07/19/2004

Got notice today that my application has been GRANTED.
The status on their web site still show 3 years old message.

FP2 Jan ist week 2005.
LUD Jan 15th and 17th 2005 and then yesterday with approval.

1-140 and 1-485 s concurrently approved on Feb 10, 2005

My I-140 and my I-485 and my wife's I-485 were all concurrently approved on the same day - Feb 10, 2005.
I had no LUD changes on my I-140 and only two on my I-485 after my fingerprints were received by USCIS (BCIS).

140 Approval: around Jan 1st '05
485 Approval: around Feb 1st '05
