02/01/2010 mailed
02/02/2010 received

and havnt heared ANYTHING YET ! NOT EVEN RECEIPT NUMBER SO I CAN TRACK MY CASE !

so does it take that long to receive the fingerprint notice ?

what's your do...........??? In my case it took 1 month to get fp notice.......so wait for some more time or call 1-800-375-5283 and find out what's going on by talking to an immigration officer.......

Thank you for your quick reply . i sent it to TX , but my local office is philadelphia !

i di call the 1800 number and the by told me to wait 30 days after filling ,if i dont get anything in mail to give them call back !

Has your check been cashed yet? Considering it hasn't even been 30 days since you applied, you need to be patient and wait for your NOA letter.If you haven't heard anything after 30 days, then contact USCIS to inquire about your case.
