Please, I need help with my application - starting I-485 and I-130

I just finished the forms 1-485 and I-130 but didn't send them yet... what's next? All the help are really appreciated.

WHO is filing the I-130 on your behalf? Are you in the country legally? You need to add some pertinent details to get any useful advice.
 
sorry bigJoe5, I had an old post about it where explained everything...But it got lost and no one else is replying... But here it goes again:
I married last year with a GC holder. But we have an american 8 years kid together (that means that I am way past my permited stay). He applied for citizenship
Dez/2010. Now we are preparing all the forms for my application. So my husband will be filing I-130.
