Please help

My H1B Visa expires on 01/15/2003 . I have not yet applied for extension.
I had applied for my EAD card and that expires on 01/14/2003.
Can I apply for my H1 B Extension and continue on H1. I still continue to work on my H1b even though i had the EAD.
Will I be out of status if my H1 does not get approved by Jan 15th.

You must apply for H1B extension before Jan 15th 2003 to continue on H1.

Or You must have the renwed EAD in hand by Jan 14th 2003 to work on EAD.

Its your choice. EAD is much cheaper if you are paying.

If you work beyond this date otherwise, you are in violation of the law.

don' worry.. you should receive your ead cards in a couple of days i got my ead cards with in 10 days..

Apply for both

Apply for both (H1B Premium Processing) and EAD immediately. Do not take risk regarding such matters - it is prudent to maximize your chances.
