hire a lawyer otherwise you won't get a work permit pretty soon because the judge will have to stop your clock.You still have time try to speed up then
You are misinformed. The clock only stops if you request additional time.
on 01/23 ill have my master hearing in Chicago.should i hire lawyer or i can go by myself(i speak ukrainian,but still i do understand English)?thank you
You really don't need a lawyer but if it makes you comfortable having one, then get one. On the master hearing, the Judge will spell out the charges, give you your options and you inform the Judge what you want to do. Atleast that is what happened to me six years ago.
