I got married and applied for change of status, but things didn't go well between my wife and me. I am looking for other ways to get things done. Is it possible for me to marry with different woman and apply again. Please help. All you your replies are highly appreciated.
 
What happened to your original AOS filing? Abandoned or denied? Are you still married?

It is possible for you to get married again (after a divorce, obviously) but you have to have a convincing argument that you are getting re-married NOT for immigration purposes.

She is 17 years older than me we have been together for over 1 year and most of the things like accounts and car, rent and bills are under our both names. I don't wanna waste the chance of getting the AOS. My worry is that the interview person might think i just married her for Green Card, which is not true. So i thought of marrying other woman to get it done right. So i have not got the reply from the USICS. Do you think it will be wise to go one with the current marriage or i get someone else.

The first marriage didn't work, so you'll marry another woman to get the green card done right? Your own words make it seem like you only want to marry because of the prospect of a green card.
