If I get married before my 485 is approved, but file my spouse 485 application after my 485 is approved, will her application still be valid or she has to wait another 4-5 years? thanks a lot!

You will have to wait 5-6 years. So if your girl/boy is the one for you, add her/him in your application. Be careful though!!! There are players out there!!!
