I applied for I140 in Decmber 2002. Got approved in 2004. Then applied for I-485 in Jan 2005. FP was done in April 2005. Got RFE in June 2005. After that no movement. Can someone tell me if I am due for a second FP? I have not received any notice for a second FP yet. Also is my PD december 2002?

My RFE was for income verification and a letter from my employer. My I140 was in NIW category so I didnot go through LC. Is my PD my RD of NIW application?
