could someone please help me immediately on this situation of mine??
my h1b expired & on applying for renewal it got denied sometime in march end; in the mean time he reapplied as another h1b & it got approved but since my visa expired in july last year i am told that i am out of status; now will i get stamped in india? and can i re enter the country now??
please let me know immediately; i am really concerned..

It is hard to give any commnets on your posting.

1. Your H1B has validity up to July 2003 OK
2. Your renewal on above H1B got rejected March 31, 2004. OK
3. When did you apply new H1B from new company, when it got approved.
4. Are you completing your 3 Years or 6 years period.
5.What is the I 94 card valid date.
6.Why renewal got denied, company deficiency?
