Please Help us H4 extension question.

My wife came to US by using my old employers H4 VISA.
Now i have changed my employer and got my H1B approval .My new employer forgot to apply my wifes H4 and her I-94 is exipred almost 60days.

Is there any problem? or we can still have chance to apply for h4 extension?
Is there any grace period we can apply h4 extension even after I-94 exipred?


Please help me . I really appreciate for valuable information.

Renewal of H4 is not employer responsibility, it is your responsibility.

Before it became too late renew it today.
