Please Help..Urgent and Important - H4 221(g) - Re-apprearance of H4 stamping

Hi -

We got married during Oct 2004 and my husband went to US during 1st week of Nov 04.
My H4 visa got 221(g) and was not able to join my husband.
Later my husband returned back from US and we both are in INDIA now.

Again in Nov 2006, H1 visa stamping interview is schedule for my husband and myself.

Since I received a 221(g) earlier, what would happen this time at the VISA stamping, what are the steps we need to take to ensure there would not ne any problem this time?

Are you also going for H1 Visa stamping (or) just H4 ?.

There won't be any problems if you guys go together this time for H1 and H4 stamping. But make sure that he carries all the documnents which are necessary to get H1 visa at US Consulate in India...like the deatils of job/client location and project duration and scope of the project etc.,

I received 221(g) - Insufficent marital proof documents.
What are the proof documents that need to be produced.
Is it advisable to meet an immigration attorney at INDIA like
Sheela Murthy office at Chennai ?
Please advise.
 
What proof (marriage) did you submit to embassy?
If you have lot of money go with attorney.

Hi - We did submit the marriage certificate from the registrar office, entire photo album, marriage CD and email communication between me and my husband.

Please advise if this enough or do we need to provide any further evidence.
