Please Help - TN got denied twice

I was with bad luck--TN for accountant got denied once last week for the officer thought my job was a clerk/bookeeper and because it's weekend he couldn't get hold of my manager to verify my job. So they took away my prior TN visa (I had been under TN for 5 years), did my finger prints and gave me a B2 visa for one month. Today I went to another entry trying to get the TN. But the officer called the place where the first denial occurred and rejected my TN again. They were saying the same thing that my job description was not qualified for an accountant. Again they did my finger print. But I'm an accountant in US for about 6 years and the officers didn't even call my company to verify it! Now I'm under H4. Can anyone let me know if you have any suggestions on how to get my TN? If I do a mail-in, will the denials affect it? Thank you in advance.

Why did you try a second entry once you were rejected? You should have gotten it straigntened out before trying again. You look dishonest now. Get a lawyer.

I suspect no matter how great your next application is you are going to have an impossible time convincing Homeland Security your job is that of an accountant.
Did your position duties/description match what the TN Accountant description says?
Which border crossings did you go to?
As Concerned points out you should have fixed the issues with the position description before trying again. Also, you should have gone back to the same port for the 2nd attempt.

A border TN at this point would appear out of the question unless you go accompanied by a lawyer or get a much MUCH better TN letter.

But I would hasten to point out that none of this would adversely impact an I-129 mail-in submission. There is no link between CBP denials and CIS handling the file.

But, claerly, you need to do some work on the TN letter.

The first time is Truck entry and the second Peace Arch, both at Vancouver. There were a lot involved. For the first time, the officer didn't trust me at the first sight. He picked me on words and asked me tricky questions. Then he left for one hour and 30 minutes without saying anything. When he came back, he saw me and my family then he asked "why are you guys still here?" Apparently he forgot about our case and left. Then he started to pick on me again. So I got emotional and argued one question with him, whick made everything worse. He told me he was going to check with my HR manager and if I lied to him, he would send me back to Canada. But my HR manager didn't pick up the phone. When it was 4, he told me it's time for him to go home so he passed my case to another officer. After another one hour, the new officer came out and told me I would be sent back to Canada. I was totally pissed off. I talked to his supervisor and told him what happened. Finally he gave me a B2 to stay in States for 30 days and asked me to bring the marriage certificate to get a H4 later. But my TN was rejected. For the second time, I did discuss with my manager and HR and they updated my employment letter. I didn't want to see the officer at the Truck entry agian so I went to Peach Arch. The lady at Peace Arch was willing to give me the TN but apparently she didn't know much about it. She spent lot of time searching for the account information (I heard she told the lady besides her). Then she aksed the help from her supervisor whom I once got the visa from at Truck entry. After that, I saw them calling. When she turned me down, I asked to talk to the supervisor and tried to explain to him why I was denied at the first place. He said he already knew what happened. So to me, it's not because my job description was not matching with the requirements, it's all because I was denied the first time and so happened to the second time.
Please let me know where I can find the TN account job description? Thanks a lot for your help.

I had close to the same experience you did at the Peach Arch Truck Crossing back last October. I was told "your education no longer qualifies you for your position" and denied a TN. Now I am pulled into secondary inspection every time I cross, land, sea, air it does not matter I have to build an extra 2 1/2 hours into my trips into the US because of the nonsense the Truck Crossing officers put on my record.
At this point I would suggest that if you pursue the Accountant TN you do so by mail and only by mail.
Get a really, really good lawyer to do the TN letter.

For those of you who used to have success at a BC/WA POE I would suggest you avoid this area at all costs.
