I know this question might be asked earlier by other member
but rules keep on changing.

so again 1 more time.

I am going to apply for my 484/EAD/AP on Jun-01
and after I get EAD i want to get out of the blood sucker
who drink my blood for 7 years.
( he use to pay me 20%, ( 80% is his share )

so if i start using -EAD what should i look for ???????

After you get EAD still the employer can revoke the I-140 or withdraw the I-140 if the I-140 is revoked before your I-485 is not pending 180 days then I-485 will be denied and EAD, AP will be invalid. You only become eligible for AC21 if I-485 is pending more than 180 days and I-140 is approved. Having EAD does not make you eligible for AC21. Remain on H1 status (better don’t use EAD) and wait for 180 days after I-485 filing receipt date and then you can join new employer with H1 Transfer( H1 transfer is in your interest) and then join new employer IF the new employer is ready to give you permanent job offer letter with same/similar job duties so that you can invoke AC21
