PLEASE HELP -- Question on I-485 Part 3 -- What constitutes an appl for Perm Residenc

My husband has an approved labor from 2004 which he abandoned because he changed companies. Now he has a new labor thru PERM and an approved I-140.
Does this qualify as having applied for permanent residence status in US????

If yes, what will be the date and place of final disposition?

No; they are asking about previous I-130, I-140 or I-360 immigrant visa petitions.
