My Current H1 expires in july 2003. Please some one help me in getting pre approved labour or sponsoring green card.
 
GP111 Sorry for the typo. It expires in july 2004. I actually got visa upto mar 2005, but it will be 6 years in july 2004

--- How can you get the Visa stamp valid till March 2005 if your H1 expires in July 2004? Visa sticker in Passport is supposed to be having validity date till your H1 approval that is July 2004. What is your current I-94 validity? If that is till July 2004 then your status is valid till the validity of I-94
 
I got my h1 approval and I-94 until mar 2005 with my new H1 transfer. In my passport the visa is stamped until nov 2003 as per my old h1. I am on the H1 status from July 1998.
 
Same boat

The same thing happened with my H1-B too. I came to U.S in 1999 June and since then I have changed 3 different companies and the final H1 that I have right now is valid until 2005 Nov instead of 2005 june. I do have a valid I-94 until 2005 Nov. Which date should I consider in case if I have to file for 7th year extension as my company has just started my RIR ads.
