since you are already into 485 , just stick to that shitty employer..

Actually, there is a way you can change. If you have more than say 8-12 months to go before your I-485 is approved, then you can change jobs, and make sure you file for a new I-140 immediately. This way, you can apply the new I-140 to the I-485 when you come up for AOS. Otherwise, you don\'t have any options but to stick to where you are and bear it.

Met Lawyer y\'day ( to collect 485 Approval notice)... as everybody has said here market situation is not great and more over lawyer was saying "people who lost their job keep coming regularly to his office and cry and go" in a typical non sensitive lawyer speak. This is exactly what the situation is. Stick on and make the best of the xplotation situation, the industry has slowed down as we all know, so some explotation will be there. I am not trying to justify the blood suckers, but remember they are in business, put yourself in their shoes.
Bottomline, unless fired stick on just as somebody has adviced on this board. Work on your tech. skills and customer satisfaction.
