My current EAD will expire on October 20th. And I have applied my new EAD last month and got a receipt date of august 31st. I am very scared, because I am not sure whether I will receive my new EAD before October 20th. Can you please give me some suggestion about what are the options which I have in case if I don’t get my EAD by October 20th?

Well you dont have many options. You gotta have EAD to continue your work

Did you efile or paper file? Did you get your FP done if you efiled?
Mostly all EADs at nebraska are approved within a month but

YOu can get an interim EAD after 90 days that would be end of Nov for you.

Local office may not give interim EAD after September end. Check the USCIS info for EAD filing. One should file EAD AP 3-4 months advance
