I work for company A in florida. My I-140 has been approved at the Texas Service Center. I just filed my I-485 last week. My company(it is a consulting company) has offices in Texas and California. I was recently given the option to transfer to either one of the offices. I don\'t know what kind of impact this would have on my case. Will I have to re-start the whole process again? Will moving to one office be easier than the other? How about, if I transfer on a temporary basis until the GC is approved? Please advise me on this. Thanks

After 485..

it does not matter where you work. Worst case your case may be transferred to the service center under which your new place comes under. You can however maintain your lawyer\'s office address as the main contact address so that the GC process keeps on..
