Please help - I have to make a decision

I have been working for Same client (through the sponsoring consulting company) for over 4 years now since the inception of my GC process and now the client wanted to hire me as an employee. For AC 21 :- what are the documents do I need to file AC 21? I don't have my LC approval neither the receipt for my I 140 approval. My Company's attorney is not willing to share that information.

I am going through Contractor conversion process as per the contract my client have with the consulting company who have sponsored my GC.

What are the chances of having smooth AC 21 transition without the LC and I 140 approval? Should I ask my client to put pressure on the contracting company who has sponsored my GC to provide these documents.

Also Does AC 21 cause any hindrance in getting the GC ?

Do you need an attorney to file AC21 or IS it something you can do on your own?

------------------------you can send through attorney OR you can file directly.

for AC21 you dont need I-140 or LC copy. you need I-485 reciept and Permanent job offer letter with same/similar job duties+cover letter

But if I dont have a LC, how will I find out what Job description my attorney has put in when filing my labor.
I was working as a Systems Architect, but as far as I know my company attorney has filed my application with job description for Software engineer
