Hi,

I am on my 9th year of H1B and have a 3 years extension based on approved I-140. I want to get my visa stamping done from Tijuana, Mexico.

I am little worried about my new passport. My old passport has been expired and got a new one for next 10 years. This new passport doen’t has any stamp on it but I have my old with me.

My wife also has a new passport.

Is it a matter of concern or I can go head with both the passports and get the stamp?

Please advice.

Thanks,
-VS

Your new passport should not cause an issue in your pursuit of seeking a new H-1B visa. Mind you, its presence does not guarantee a visa either :)

-Keep both the passports(expired and new) stapled. once get visa stamped on new passports then no need of old passport stapled with new passport
