One of my friend got stamped in October 2006. Because of some reasons his consultant is not allowing him to come to US. I heared that a new law came recently saying that people like my friend can go to US and they can join in a different company. is this true? If yes can some one explain me in detail.

Once he has visa stamp in his passport, his company can not stop, but at POE, the officer counter check the employer, and employer says they do not have job for you, he may be deported.
