Please help about birth certificate

A person with no BC at all will not qualify as well. BC is a necessary evidence to have a visa issued. If it could not be obtained, there is a special process AFTER it is proven it is unobtainable.

On the other hand, you will have to obtain a written denial to have a birth certificate reissued in order to prove it is unobtainable. That will not be simple if in fact it is obtainable. Also, it is not enough. Your aunt will need her medical records from the hospital she was born in or an affidavit from her mother or father proving all the info in BC. If her parents are not alive (and she is 53!, are they alive?), only medical records will do, and they will say April, not July. She has complicated the issue tremendously by putting an incorrect date into the electronic form, unfortunately.
