Maybe NIW with a good lawyer, but not EB1. I know nature is good, but 1 citation is not top of the field. 100 citations is barely top of the field.

if you are doing research as well as clinics then you should be good with EB1A. But you need a good lawyer. I got EB1A and got my GC and I am still in my subspecialty training. My CV is much weaker then yours.
If you are pure researcher then your chances are weaker with EB1A.

NIW is not a very good idea bcause of retrogression for India.

You are looking for NIW
main focus shd be whether ur work is of nations interest
if you could prove that well. you credentails can be used suitably in petition.
low numbers in citation may led to RFE but I will not worry if ur papers are new.............make a case based on strong letters.

This is my last year of subspecialty training. I am doing clinics also(infact 80%) as it is a clinical fellowship(endovascular neuroradiology). Appreciate help

I had my credentials evaluated by 2 attorneys both really good known nationwide. Both said 90% chance of NIW . They differed with EB1 , on said I have 90% chance of EB1 and other said 70%.

I am concerned about confidence vs overconfidence levels. I wen`t with the one who said 70%. I get afraid with too much optimism

If you are doingNIW then also do EB1A also becuase most of the work done for them is same. So it is matter of of few hundred bucks.
But if you are approved then say bye bye to retrogression.
