No, not applied yet. I want to know if i can enter America on k3 while the gc is in process. What if its denied? WOuld that have an adverse affect on my I130 petition? Thanks.

one can only apply for K-3, if I-130 has been file but not approved.

if I-130 wasn't filed, you can't apply for K-3.

If K-3 is denied for reasons other than general inadmissibility, it shouldn't have any impact on your I-130.
