Where is my card? Please advise.

Stamped on 10/17, received I181 dated on 12/4, have not received the CARD yet after three weeks.
Online status:
On August 7, 2002, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to another INS office for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. That office will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case.
Any advice? Thanks.

On February 3, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
Her I181 receive date is 12/03/2002.
 
I went for stamping today at Boston

Where do you get the RD for I181 ?

Can you check the status of Cards using the same website ?

Thank you gcsept18. I checked my status with the new #. That statement is:

Application Type: I181, CREATION OF RECORD OF LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCE

Current Status:

On February 3, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

For those who have not received the plastic card, please check the status with new # shown in I181. It works.
 
I didn't receive any I181 yet!!

My wife got the cards but never received I181!!
Is everyone supposed to get this????

When do you get I181 after stamping? Does it come in mail. Or did I forget to collect it after stamping. My passport was stamped on 22nd oct. no card yet. no movement since then.

I haven't received my approval notice yet.
I will be going to Newark, NJ and I understand that in NEwark, you can go on Wednesdays.
Does the notice tell you what TIME you can go in for stamping?

Hi,

PP stamped on Dec 12th at San Jose CA.

Status changed to card ordered on the 02/04/2003

Iam moving out of the apartment on 02/20/2003.

Hope so i receive it in time!

hopefully they are moving fast now (on plastic card front)

And I GUESS I181 receipt (or whatever that is) is sent to those who are interviewed at local INS centers. Looks like there was some confusion about that.
