How long till the message changed

We got our PP stamped monday and I was wondering how till the message changed in the web site.

PP stamped today

PD : 05/19/2000 (TSC)
485 ND : 09/19/2002
FP : 05/22/2003
AD : 08/06/2004
Stamped : 08/23/2004.

Stamped in chicago district office (living in chicago area). Officer told me that, it may take about 8-12 months to get the card. :mad:
He also said, those paperwork has to go to texas and from there card will be
ordered.

where did you do your pps? I did my pps in Houston, it's almost three weeks, but the online message still is "...fp received and processing resumed...", neither changed to approved nor card ordered. thanks for your sharing.

No update! Still shows "Approved on ...."

Hopefully before october!
 
Stamped on June 18th in West Palm Beach,FL. But an online enquiry (with the SRC number) has not changed from the I-485 approval message "Approval notice was mailed...". No mention about card ordered.

I know Texas center is very inconsistant. But anybody in the same boat? Should I have to enquire with the West Palm Beach center? (Enquiry with the toll-free USCIS number was of course useless)

The card is little important for me as next month I am going to India and I will probably have to get a transit visa in case I don't get the card.
 
Got my passport stamped in West palm beach on july 30. Today got an email saying that the a card has been ordered and will be mailed as soon as its ready.

got my PP stamped at west Palm Beach on Aug 12, 2004 got email from BCIS that card ordered on Aug 23rd lets c when actually recieve it :)

no mistakes on the card. overall quite pleased with tsc atleast for my case. 140/485 combined took 2 years. could be better but i won't complain.
