Plastic card question

I live in Michigan. My I-485 got approved from VSC. For plastic card will the application be sent to NSC or VSC.

Stamped at Newark on April 2 , VSC

Anybody has the same question, please advise!

We had our passport stamped today in Philly. As per approval statement for my daughter(under 14 years), she didn\'t need to show up. I asked the officer about it. She told me "unless she want to travel before she gets the card she doesn\'t need stamp". And the officer didn\'t ask my daughter\'s photo,and merely collected her I-94 and AP.

My question is what are they going to use for the card without photo?

Our cards are ordered on April 3rd.But the message says
"After approval your cards are ordered and it is talking 365 to 540
days and we will mail u as soon as they are ready"
Is this quiet common? Does it take too long to make the cards
Gurus pls clarify
