Pl. help for documents needed..

I was planning to file 485 for me and my wife. I am attaching following documents. If I miss something, please point out.

1. Current Employer letter
2. Photos ( 4copies)
3. w2 statements - last 3 years
4. tax returns ( fed only) - last 3 years
5. medical reports
6. Marriage certificate
7. Birht certificates
8. Bank statements- last 3 months
9. Passport copies( relevent pages)like I-94, visa pages..
10. h1 visa copy
11. Previous employer reference letter
12. Necessary forms like EAD, AP etc..
13. Salary slip - last 3 months

I140 approval copy
All pages of the passport (this is a necessity)

Do we need to send the following:

w2 statements - last 3 years
tax returns ( fed only) - last 3 years
Bank statements- last 3 months

My lawyer says not any more after INS removed IRS 9003.

I guess, they did away with IRS-9003 after mid-September; to the best of my knowledge

the documents you are referring to serve as supporting documents for the \'Affidavit Of Support\'.

what about copy of I-94 ?
and why r u not filing for EAD for urself and ur wife and AP for all
urself,wife and kids if any ?
