PIO timeline

Hi Folks,
I mailed my PIO application on August 11th (DC office). It has been more than three weeks (22 days, including weekends and holdiay) and no news from Indian embassy. They say it takes 15 business days, and mine has already crossed that. Any idea how long does it take to get PIO approved? Please share your experience.

They take about 15 days for POI Card.
Better visit the embassy, as they don’t pick up the phone or wait few days
 
I sent mine on July 23rd. I tried emailing, faxing, calling but no response. I guess i'll have to drive down to DC. I'll wait for a week and see what happens.
If you get yours, please let me know.
