The program starting 4/30/2004 is different from the CSC Pilot Program.

Obviously, the CSC started something from March 2004.
Also, don't forget participating in the campaign #13a (and #11c).

My i-140/485 filed on march 24 2004.
FP notice Received Apr 16 2004 for may 7 2004.
My friend I-140/485 filed on march 17th 2004.
FP Notice received on April apr 9 2004 for may 1 2004.
Both are under concurrent filing EB2.
Even we didnt expect this.I dont know what is happening??
First FP notification will not lead a path to last stage of 485.May be after this Fp our cases may be put in pending.So wait and see what happens!!

We are very new to this I-140/485 forum.Only First FP Notice will enough for I-485 approval??Really i cant have hope in this.Bcos u know i hardly waited 3 years to get my labor apporval from SFO DOL.Its really a frustrating process.This Jan 30th 2004 only MY labor got approved.Till i didnt forget my whole 3 years of waiting!!!!

Yes if I understand the CSC Pilot Program correctly.
Your I-140 application is very new, so it could be easy for the CSC to adjudicate it.
If the CSC adjudicates your I-485 just after that, the CSC doesn't need to verify your employment for I-485 again, so the CSC can adjudicate your I-485 for a very short time.
On the other hand, for long-pending cases like mine, the CSC must confirm their employment again, so the CSC sends RFE.
Also, if their first fingerprint being expired, the CSC has to send second fingerprint notice.

DOL and USCIS are totally different from each other.
As I am EB-1, I skipped LC, however, it's been almost 3 years since my I-140 being filed.
Anyway, we all are victims of injustice on the current Immigration system of the United States.

In the www.immigration-law.com website, there is a link to filing 140/485 concurrently. A paragraph from that:
(C) A visa petition and an adjustment application are concurrently filed only if:
.....
(2) the visa petitioner filed the visa petition, for which a visa
number has become immediately available, on, before or after July 31,
2002, and the adjustment applicant files the adjustment application,
together with the proper filing fee and a copy of the Form I-797,
Notice of Action, establishing the receipt and acceptance by the
Service of the underlying Form I-140 visa petition, at the same Service

Now my 140 was approved in 2001 and I am waiting for 485

Hello All,
My case was filed concurrently on 1/21/2004 with RD of 1/28/2004
under EB2
So far I have received EAD, AP and an FP appointment for 04/22/2004
Will I be considered for the Pilot program? How do I find out? My lawyer refused to comment because they have not received any notification from USCIS in this direction. They have heard about the pilot program from people like us.
