Online status says finger print results received and work started on our case.

Case details are

PD 03/29/04

is FP notice enough to deduce Pilot program ?

Hi guys,
I am not sure if we are really under pilot program just on the basis of FP notice date. And don't know if it is just EB2.
I applied under EB3.

I-140 RD 03/05/04
I-485 RD 03/23/04
Got FP notice on 17th April for 7th May. FP done and cleared.
Also got AP approved today.
Well, may be they are just processing EB3 also as they would do for EB2.
Then the only difference would be that EB3 would not be part of pilot program.

Anywayz, I don't meant to discourage you. Hope all of us are part of pilot program ;-)

There is no pilot program for EAD/AP. It is only for I-140/I-485. You do not need a pilot program for EAD/AP as they are being processed within the projected processing time or sometimes even earlier these days. If we do not get our cases processed in pilot program, there is another program called regular (slow) program in which we can get our I-485 approvals when our turn comes (uncertain). Good luck!
