Philly SESA and Philly DOL Tracking - new update!!!

I am not sure

I am not sure that for Philly if you can check if your case has been moved to USDOL from Philly SESA. What exactly they say at 215-861-5286? You could have only known this if it was approved from USDOL. Can you please reconfirm or atleast let us know what exactly did you hear?

Are you sure yours is MAY 1st ? AK2000, How is yours doin? Please let us know...

What I hear on 215-861-5286

After I punch in my employers Phone number:
(FYI I am the only GC that my company is processing...so ambiguity exists)

Case NO XXXXXXX recieved in regional office on feb 14,2002 with DOT code of xxxxxxx.
This status posted on Feb 14,2002.

I gather regional office is federal DOL, Right?
Or am I wrong?

is 215-560-1888, but only the lawyer or the company management can enquire about the status since it is not automated.
 
Philly SESA is going clear April 30 cases very soon

Just now I talked to SESA , now the priority date for RIR is APL 26
and they have 1500 cases left to go further to finish up APL 30 date.
I guess couple of months it is going to reach May 1st.

Spoke to my lawyer few days back..He mentioned they are processing apps received on April 25th. Has anybody got Apr26th cleared?

Case received by Philly DOL on 2/25/2002 ...

Just check with DOL phone system, case received by DOL on 2/25/02.
My received date in SESA is 4/26/2001. Philly SESA did move forward!

Congrats AK2000, finally u got the approval. I Filed my case in first week of may. I hope in another 2 months mine also will be cleared.

Now phillly is moving little bit faster. Best of luck those guys who filed in 27th and 30th april.

AK2000 congrats and thanks for keeping things updated for all of us. Please keep it posted when it is cleared by DOL.
 
SESA Update

I called SESA on behalf of my company. They said they have many pending (around 1500) cases and will take atleast couple of months before they cross April. He said no matter whether it is RIR or non-RIR cases, they will be treated alike and will be processed together.
However, he said that they did not receive much applications after April so probably the process will be fast once they cross this hurdle.
