Hi,

I have a strong feeling my case is remanded to my employer (I am the only one has not received approval from DOL and the phone message said two cases are remanded, the rest are certified). What does it mean? Is this usually about salary? Will I be forced to go thru the non-RIR procedure?

to DOL on June 11.
My case was filed around mid of June 2002
with RIR EB?

Does anybody what does this mean:

Current Status : Remand issued to Employer On 06/17/2003.

is this is what is considered to be an RFE? Or a RFE different than a remand? Any response will be appreciated.

My HR says I am ready to file I-140.

Hi Guys,

I heard form my attorney today. My labor has been approved by Phili SESA and send to Regional. Here are the details;

Priority Date 9th July 2002
EB2-RIR
Phili Sesa approval date June 17th 2003.

I applied on Dec 14 2001(EB3/RIR). Not received any approval yet.
