Updated tracker with 06/16 cases mentioned by vicky_usa (hopefully none of these are in 2x since we don't have case #'s in the tracker currently).

Those 3 cases knocked the average processing time down by, like, 6 days .

Just got certified today, applied Nov 25, 2001, recd at philly dol May 22, 2003 case # 033906xx

Just heard it today on the avm

A request to other members.

Please do update the DOT code in the tracker. May be the processing time depends on the code... (one category being processed faster than the other)

here is something strange again.....

03391450 dot code 030.062.010 recp date June 6th and certified on June 17th. It took them only 12 days to certify. Same is the msg for cases 03391455.
 
Updated tracker with latest info from last several posts. Added links to DOT code site and online tracker.

It is strange how some cases seem to be getting done in around 2 weeks. Maybe they added a fast-track option...

My company just notified me that my case has been forwarded to Phil DOL. They also said Phil DOL is processing Feb, 2003. But when you read your messages, I got an impression that they are processing probably May or June already. I don't know if what my company told me is correct. Thanks for the help.

Based on the people who are in the tracker(s), Philly DOL is more or less processing late May / early June cases currently. There are only 3 cases which are being tracked that are older than 05/16 and which haven't been processed yet (laborhope1, hprabhu, nchokshi), and of these its possible that 2 have been processed (I don't think anyone has heard from laborhope1/hprabhu for a long time).

Since March, cases are taking an average of 51 days to be processed, although for some reason, a number of cases have recently been processed in as little as 12 days. Without these apparently special cases, the processing time is more like 60 days or so currently.

Welcome to this thread DWQY and please update the tracker(s) once you have your DOL info (or ask someone here to do it for you).

Happy Friday Guys.......any approvals today.......i see in the tracker couple of guys are lined up in the end of June and Starting of July. Hopefully we hear your all approvals today.:)

Let us know when you get your actual reception date (I guessed that it will be 07/31 for now). Also what is your DOT code and are you using RIR? If you want to let me know your SESA reception date, that can go in too.

I have been closely watching this thread regularly. My Phily DOL receipt date is 5/23/2003. I saw some applications approved whose Phily DOL date is after 5/23/2003. So just wondering when will be my approval.

Here are my information:
State: VA
Priority Date: 2/1/2002
Phily Recd Dt: 5/23/2003
DOT Code: 030.062-010
Category : RIR

Please add to the excel spread sheet.
