AVM is working now. I just called. The only difference is that they ask emloyer tax number instead of employer phone number first. I tried several time tax number which are all not right, then the system automatically goes to ask employer phone number as before.

I just keep calling 215-861-5874, finally got it. My case has been certified on Sept. 10th, 2002 (wondering why my lawyer doesn't get any news from Philly, it has been over a week).

My attorney told me, my papers were forwarded to PHILY DOL on july 8th. Based on that I guessed the receipt date would by around july 10th. But when I checked the AVM it says the receipt date is August 9th.
So I am updating my Record. Looks like it will be a while before my file is processed.

My case number is 033799** and DOT code is 030.062.010.
does anybody have a guess about how many days it is going to take to process.

I also have 215-861-5286. Is it Ok to check the results using this number. Did you check your results using this number.

I know case # for my friend (MShan.........RIR..............06/28/02)
and I just started randomly going up and down...These
are the results.....The way I see this list, most of cases
are non IT cases and I guess DOL is taking there own
time in approving IT cases.....

How to find status of the case

Friends,

I have the phone number
I have my employer tax id and the phone number

If i call the line how do i figure out what the status of my case is, is there anymore key info i should have handy before i get the status on my case.

Call 215-861-5286, then press 1, then press 2 and then the phone number. You will get your status. (OR press 1, then press 1 and your case number if you have the case number).

I checked the AVM Last night. Currently they are processing July 2nd cases. Most of the July 2nd cases are Approved.
Whoever has july 1st week as receipt dates will get the results soon. Good luck.

I don't know what's going on…I got a letter from my lawyer stating that my case sent to Philly DOL on July 1st
Checking AVM with my employer number says there is a case on July 8th
…After long time today I checked my status and found that there is one more case for my employer receipt date of Aug 30th….so I don't have clue….. Which one is my case…I may receive something if it is July 8th…. I will post any updates in my case….

Labor_final

Call your lawyer and ask him to give you CASE # if that case is in Phily DOL. Without case # and having more than one application from same employers makes it hard to guess. You have to rely on date (when application was sent) and DOT (to match with Job description) to make an educated guess.

If your employer is not giving you case # then call phily DOL as if U R the employer (the person who signed on your LC) and ask for status.
