Getting ready for the 140 and 485 .........
anyone can tell me what I need? I want to get those ready before the document reaches my lawyer.

DOT code has to do with you job type. You can try http://www.flcdatacenter.com/owl_quick.asp and use the Help: DOT Crosswalk & Occupation Codes to find out your job type.

about 3 months that was not so bad considering that the SESA took forever. Preparing for I140 and 485. Will be posting updates in Vermont I-140 forum. I have asked for a fax of approval. Has anyone used it

Prepare the docs according to your lawyer.
The time consuming are ....
1. Medicals
2.DOB affidavit

Fax Approval??

Congrats on your approval!! Did you receive the fax of your approval? If yes, how long did it take? My case was certified on Aug 22 and I don't have any news of my approval yet.

Any body whose labor certified on Aug 22 has recd. the approval??

Hi I did nto get any fax. Its been a day now and the fax thing did not send anything. I guess it is not working like the email.

Hi Ssampy ,

I got certified on Aug22 and got the approval on 25thAugust by SNAIL mail.
