looks like all these dates are waaaayyyy off

My app is non-RIR EB2 recpt date of Apr 2002 at SESA from Phila.
I was expecting at least 6 more months after watching all the dates and messages posted here, yesterday I was pleasantly surprised by an email from my lawyer basically informing me that she has recd commuication from Phili DOL asking for some basic information like who's my boss etc..
She thinks the next step is advertising, which to the best of my knowledge runs for 10 days and then its another week or so for the employer/lawyer to respond with objections to resumes recd and then its done.

So all in all, assuming there are no slips up from my lawyers end, this looks like another month or so for my case....

Thought you guys would like to know, it looks like things are moving (finally)

Hi Spidey,

Could you please update the tracker with your info? Also, could you please check the AVM and let us know what the status says.

We have found in one case that the case has been certified but the AVM was not updated.

When did your attorney receive the notice from DOL?

I dont have a clue as to how AVM...
In fact, I'd apprecite any help you can provide.

All the information I had I already wrote up. If I could get your expert opinion on what I need, where I can get it from, I'll be glad to get that information and share with you guys...

Labor Certified

I just received my labor certificate. I've been following this thread and I think my information would be helpful to others as well. So here you go:

VA SESA received date: 11/14/01
Pilly DOL received date: 06/09/03
Case #: P2003-VA-033917xx
Certified Date: 08/22/03
DOT: 030-62-014

DE SESA received date: 10/26/02
Pilly DOL received date: 05/27/03
Certified Date: 08/19/03 ( AVM updated date 08/25/03)
DOT: 030-062-010
EB2-RIR (Masters in CS + 3 years of experience title software Engineer)

AVM was updated one hour back. I check this morning and the status was received.

Can some one please update my details.

Just checked up to see my case has been certified!! Status was updated on Aug 22.

Hi ssampy,

Good to hear that your case has got approved along with few other approvals we are hearing since this morning. Good luck for rest of your processing.

I checked my status this morning and this afternoon, even couple of seconds back, it still says just received, not yet lucky enough, still got to keep my fingers crossed.

I would request those guys who got to know their approvals today, to share the case #, except the last two digits. This should help one guess closely, eventhough I understand the case #'s neither processed sequentially nor assigned sequentially.

RKIndiaCBE, which you best of luck. I had been there and I know it is very tough. I hope you will get your approval soon.

My case # is 033907XX with a receipt date behind yours (5/27/03). This clearly tells us that the sequence #'s are not assigned sequentially as each case arrives at DOL.

Others please share the info.
