Got my LC approved

Just want to let you know that my case was remanded to my employer. My lawyer worked on this and sent back the case to DOL. This afternoon the case was approved.

All the best to rest of you guys!

PS. At the time when my case was remanded, I pasted couple of msgs and nobody answered... So I'm not going to share the experience and tips with anybody.... I'm hoping that nobody needs my experience & tips.... ;-)

Philly DOL

Hi Folks,
I got the automated email frm DOL by sending it to
lcstatus03@doleta.gov giving me the case #s

My question is , I dont know if my case frm Harrisburg SESA has come to Philly, how do I track that? Any suggestions?

Hey there.... take it easy buddy..... Not sure what you are talkin about.... but anyway..... let it slide man.... have a beer or somethin...... At least your labor is cleared....

Some good news on my front !!!!!!!!

Called up the AVM system...


Its says my LC was certified yesterday on 06/11/2003. The email system however has not yet updated this message.

I am assuming the labor has indeed been certified...well at least hope so...

So all the very best to all waiting in the line...
Indeed....Its been a very long wait...its grooves and groans... its share of banter and slanter..... its ups and downs.... For the least i think we all had a fair share of our own emotions.....

So cheer up guys and let the booze flow.... At least I am gonna knock myself out tonight......

how do you know that your case moved on such and such a date. did your employer/attorney tell that, or there is some other way to find that out..

Labor Approved

Guys I checked the AVM. It says my case is approved.

I am very very very happy and wanted to share with u guys.
I'll let u guys know once I get the approval in my hands.

Congratulations !!!

I checked mine and man it isn't done. I guess inhouse appilications gets lil bit priority at phily DOL ;).I think its still fair to give them 2-3 days more for differences in timing of receipt.

SO close................................

my lawyer called SWA they told him this case moved to DOL on such and such date...

Congrats to VA_LC , Laborhope...

Good News........Labor Approved.........
Just tdy morning I got the reply from AVM system that my case has been certified.
I will post further details as soon as I get the confirmation from my lawyer.
Good luck to you guys too. With the current processing speed, I think many cases will be approved in coming days.

thanks for your reply.
For some reason my company attorney says they dont call State labor dept.
But another friend of mine, whose labor was applied in Chicago, says he called up state labor himself and he was told that his case was transferred to the Regional DOL.

I think I got to try the same thing too.
