Processing Date

Hi Guys,
Are we gonna get approved in this year. Any idea?? Is DOL really processing any case? It seeems to me that they are relax and doing very a little as they wants to see our patience.

Here is history of my case and any help on this will be appreciated

After July 1st 2002 there were two cases in DOL for my company. My case sent to DOL on July 1st 2002, So I am assuming the case received by DOL on July 8th is mine (Second case in DOL is August 30th 2002). Because of time gap I was assuming notice date of DOL for my case should be 8th July 2002.

After talking to my employer I was confused because the case approved for July 8th case is not mine. Here is my question any one gone through this situation where DOL update the system after 60 days of receiving file from SESA? Any help will be appreciated.

Case approved….

In my experience I found that DOL AVM doesn't give status of all cases…
I have checked 215-861-5286 lot of times:

The AVM gives status of one case from July 8th 2002 and one case received on Aug 30th 2002 for my company. Actual cases sent over to DOL were 3 from my employer, where 2 cases receive date was July 8th 2002. In this case AVM was not updated with two cases received on the same day. Because of this even I was thinking my file is missing.

Just now I checked with case numbers separately and I found my case is approved. Thanks to all in this forum for sharing good info to help each other…see you soon in the future stages

Congradulation.
It seems to me that they are still processing July 8th Cases. They are too slow. When was other case approved with the same date for your company. Does it has differnt DOT Code?

Thanks kalse_2000, other case from my employer was same as mine (July 8th 2002 received date)…DOT-030.062-010 was approved on September 25th 2002.

Per discussions posted on this forum, there is no particular cut off date for DOL processing because few cases from August and September were approved (EB2 cases are falling behind EB3 if our assumptions are right).

No changes to the list from last update, just formatted and aligned it for better reading. Does anyone know what is laxmikan's category..?
Because...,
the last update for EB2-RIR seems for 07-09-02(sjupally1) unless laxmikan is Eb2-RIR...if so then EB2-RIR seems to be running at 07/25.
and
the last update for EB3-RIR seems for 07-11-02(Mahi52)

Would love to have some predictability around DOL processing speed. Thanks to all who contributed so far. Let's keep the good work.

Labor certified

my labor has been certified on october 2. my # is 03378446 and dot code is 030.062-010.
Even my colleagues labor also got approved on the same day.
His # is 03378445 and dot code is 030.162-014.
