just wanna share some info

Hi Everyone,
I just came to know that my friends friend got his sesa cleared on feb 12 or 13 th of this month which he filed from Delaware (Headquarters NJ) in feb 2003 . I don't know what is going on but i think sesa is moving after a long time out.
If u know any info pls share.

Hi Pradk,
The number of years for Bachelor does not matter as far as the advertisement for your GC is not mentioning "4 years Bachelors degree". I know of a friend who got GC. He was only a deploma holder. Hope this info helps.

4 years degree

I checked the form I-750 and found that my attorney mentioned 4 years degree. But I do have B.Sc, 2 years Diploma in Computers
and 12 years of IT experience(6yrs in U.S and 6 yrs in India).

I also have a copy of educational evaluation that was done when my old company applied for H1B and i got several H1B approved. Can i use this educational evaluation just in case if i get any RFE during my labor process?

Am I too worried at this time? please any one give some suggestions.

Thanks,
Ciril99

Re: Can this be true ??

Hi Folks,
Any updates on this (42 Reeds Way and 901 Market St - Offices in DE & NOF's)...... ?

I think this is where the problem started, to hold Philly DOL 's processing time.

Iam just fed up waiting.

Are any funds in the backlog reduction plan going to be allocated to the regional dol backlog reduction. Or is it all going towards SESA backlog reduction.

To LC_va

What State was the SESA approval from ? Again what was the NOF about ? We have seen a lot of NOF's for DE. Your ID suggests Virginia.

pgae

Mine was applied from Harrisburg. NOF was related to my paper ad.
My Lawyer did not include paper Ad with the application,
