Certified

I found out that my case has been certified, both from my attorney last week as well as the site today. The case was certified on 8/1 but took almost 40 days for the letter to reach.

So for those who have "Certified" as per the site, have patience. The letter must be stuck in the mail.

Labor Approved

I was a silent reader of this forum. This afternoon I got a mail from my HR stating that the Labor was approved and she gave me a copy of my Labor.

ETA Case Number:p-04299-2****
Priority Date:05/23/2003

Could anyone give me the details on how to go about filing I-140?

45 day letter - Dec' 2004 and replied within a week

Checked online - "In Process"
Don't know how long to wait......

Now the unending wait for the letter......

Thanks Whenn. This was a shocker. Thanks to this forum, I atleast came to know about this. My lawyer is sitting happily doing god-knows-what. I am on a 8th yr extension & was about to file for 9th yr in a day or two, when i checked the forum this evening.

Am not sure as to how reliable this site is. I have approval in hand and the site says in process.
 
NO 45 Day letter FAQ

I know this is slightly off topic. But I have read about the frustration of cases similar to mine. 2002 . No 45 day letter. No response to that email to nobeccontact@phi.dflc.us Just noticed this FAQ on No contact from BEC

Basically - outlines the procedure BEC will follow regarding "lost" / misplaced cases like mine. Looks like we won't be abandoned - hopefully be reconstructed instead.
