Please let me know if u hear something ... have u tried sending an email for proof of 7th year extension ? Wht did ur case status say ? I sent the email this mornign and it said TR ...

Everyone here seems to be saing it means #4 .. no way of finding out .. have u asked ur attorney to follow up ? I've asked mine so many times ..he just says we have to wait and there's no way to follow up ..where have u filed from ?

Is this a declared policy or just an assessment based on current certification trends?
I do remember way back they declared that they would process all regional before processing swa cases but so much has changed since then and all kinds of ambiguous statements have come out of DOLETA. Does anyone know if they made any such announcements in the last few months?
 
Dallas BPC is processing Jan 2003 RIR cases!!!!

And they are moving 2 months backlog cases in 1 month!!!!

I am outrageous!!!!!

They are processing mid Feb 2003 cases

Philly bastards are still fucking April 2001 cases. Call them after 5 years. These bastards will have the same answer. Another frustating week man.
 
Can anyone tell me the latest PD of TR cases that moved to regional?
I am trying to estimate PBEC's processing time frame of the RIR cases.
If the latest PD of TR regional case is some where in late 2003, then I beleive that PBEC will be able to certify those cases by the end of this year.
But I doubt that RIR can reach PD of late 2003.

This is really frustrating
how come PBEC is slow in processing RIR cases where else DBEC is processing Feb 2003 RIR cases.
No clue and hopefully everybody here will get their LC soon specially the ones that went to PBEC.
Myne is from CA went to PBEC
PD is Oct 2002.

My PD is January 2004 (in Pennsylvania) and it reached the regional stage in February 2005. (It was probably one of the last cases that the PA SWA closed.) I hope it helps you estimating...
 
can I ask quick question ? I see lots of people sending email to H1B** email address and getting status back. Are you guys writing and asking for status or are you guys asking for 7th yr extension proof ? I sent email twice and both times I get reply that this email address is only for h1b 7th yr extension ,,not for status check ....How do i get status ??

Even the peoplewho are getting status by abusing this email...are they asking 7th yr ext even when they don't need it or are they asking status and people over there are too nice enough to reply with status for h1** email

Please clarify if any one of you can. thanks in advance
