For those who are tracking, I got my labor approval notice from my lawyers on Wed 4/12.

Do you think it matters if it is EB2 or EB3 for LC approval? If it does not matter, hopefully they will reach my case in couple of months?

Trying to make sense

It does not seem like EB2 and EB3 matters in PBEC. Saknia - What is your opinion?

Mine is EB2 RIR July 26

Congrats !!! Another VA approval and since you are EB2, you can file 140/485 together.

All the best ofor next stages.

My PD is Mar' 2002 -- still stuck in PBEC

45 Day letter Received & Replied : Dec' 2004
Case #: P-04246-01XXX

Hope I see the light at the end of the tunnel soon.

Attorney says "the center could not provide any individual application status
at this time and currently all applications are processed in the order of the
priority date when the application was originally received by the State
Workforce Agency".

Is there any other way to inquire the status apart from the 7th yr screen shot? ( Ph : 484 270 1500 ? )

Going on Letter Writing

I am a totally newby here, but just want to throw my ring into the hat.

I am embarking on a letter writing campaign on April 20 and 24 as somebody here has suggested. As each day goes, it feels like nothing is going to come of waiting, and I am tired of waiting, so I am doing something.

Thanks for all of your insightful posts to the process and hope you keep it up.

Hi saknia,
It appears you've identified some logic that PBEC is going by data entry date for FIFO. Can you please let us know how you arrived at this logic? Based on the flow of approvals seen on this forum I am under the impression that July 2002 cases are being processed now -without reference to data entry date.

Labor approval pattern

Looking into some of the recent approvals from PBEC, looks like PBEC is
approving those cases for which 140 & 485 can be filed right away.
for example for EB2 category for India the date is January 1, 2003,
If you look into the cases below most of them are EB2 and are 2002 cases.
again I am not predecting anything, but just analysing some of the recent
approvals. Just my thoughts.

No Atlanta Approvals

I don't see any approvals from atlanta, I really don't know whats going on in PBBBBBBBBEEEECCCC.

May i know current working dates for EB3

Please post any approvals from Atlanta, If you guys can provide any senior officials numbers or email id's at PBEC that will be great, I am planning to send emails from gov work place.

I don't think they go by Eb2 or EB3. They have soem FIFO alaredy registered. We have lot of Va caes who replied in Dec 04/Jan 05 and PD before Mar2002 who are still waiting

I donl;t think so. July 2002 who replied for 45 days letter in early 2005 are being approved. Going by the approvals I can see that they go by 45 days letter track. We have also seen some cases who rceived 45 days letter in 2006. So We have to conclude that it is some combination of 45 day & PD

This again is just my guess. How they really proceed - God knows
