Would you please give me some details of my case. It has been 3 years passed I didn't get the approval of Labor Certification.

Check with your lawyer if it made it to regional or not. If the answer is yes, be patient your turn will be coming soon ... if the answer is no, welcome to the best patience game in the world PBEC black box.
Best is for your lawyer or HR to contact PBEC and inquire about your case. Just my 2 cents ...

Risk applying PERM
My PD is Dec 2002 and the case has made to CA regional and now it is pending in Philly BEC, recieved and replied to 45-days notice in march 2005.
I am asking my lawyer to be prepared to file another labor through PERM, just in case if I don't see any light in next 4 months or so. My lawyer is forcing me to keep the job title/description same for PERM and also mention the earlier case number while filing the PERM case so as to keep the priority date from my earlier case.
To me it seem logical, but I am not so sure. I am novice to this group and seeing that people do have great insight in overall PERM process. It would be appreciable if gurus on this group could provide some input on keeping the job title same to maintain the PD.

Case Receive Date
For those guys who made it to Regional and still have case number as T-**.
If you have received your screen shots from PBEC, can you please check if the "CASE RECEIVED DATE" is reflecting PD or RD (Regional) ?
For me it is reflecting PD date and not RD date. I am thinking may be they are treating my case as if it never made to Regional (different and slow queue).

Man, I Just lost hope looking at your post. Gurus, Can you advice on my situation.
NJ EB2 RIR - 04/25/2003 - Any idea when this thing will get clear ?. I need a honest opinion, I am staying with my present company with the hope that i will get my LC cleared by the End of year . I was under the opinion that when the applications were moved to BackLog Processing center, NJ was processing May 2002, what the heck did they do until now if they have'nt cleared any backlog until now.

I called a lady from PBEC, she said the PBEC is concentrating on oldest cases but unfortunatly due to the computer GLITCHES, the cases popping out from the computer system for processing are in random order therefore it's not completely according to so-called FIFO.justdoit said:Looks like PBEC is concentrating on MD and VA Regional Cases.

I think they are still sending 45 day letter. Please check the following link. NJ cases are totally screwed.

If someone sends request for screenshot with bogus info , will they give a T number for that !!? If someone can prove this, we can sue the PBEC.

I am sure you did not talk to a "lady" there. My best guess is it was a answer machine.
